( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉhi i'm ruri! i like playing video games, watching anime and reading manga, collecting merchandise of my favorite series, and going to concerts
i also dabble in too many thingsi've been cosplaying for nearly 10 years and have placed
1st in groups at el paso comic con (2017, 2021, 2023, 2025), 2nd in groups at el paso comic con (2024), and best overall at glitchcon (2019)
with my significant other and best friendi'm almost always working on a new project and enjoy showing off my skills at competitionsi’ve had the wonderful opportunity be a cosplay judge for anime el paso (2024) and el paso horrorfest (2025)!i'm also a photographer--i started out taking concert photos in college and now do mini-shoots with my friendsi dj from time to time as well! while i primarily spin goth/electronic, i've also mixed drum & bass, anime/video game music, city pop, and electro swing (to name a few)finally, i write! i've written for some articles for local entertainment publications and (very rarely) post fanworks.feel free to contact me for anything!
